The Right Builder for the Job

As building a new home can be one of the most stressful undertakings in your life, it is really important that you choose a builder that fits with you.  When you deal with us you will be talking with a builder and not just a salesperson.  We believe that it is important that a building company is owned and managed by a builder, so that the person in overall charge of building your home completely understands the building process and can solve any problems before they escalate.

The Personal Touch

The trend with group home builders is to subcontract out the carpentry work, i.e. the floor, framing, linings and finishing. We don't do this as we believe that it lowers the final quality of the project and does not necessarily lower the price. Sub contracting out can also lead to delays as there can be hold ups between the contractors coming in.
